sn4k pc's stands behind the quality of our custom-built PCs and offers a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. We also provide lifetime technical support to assist you with any post-purchase issues. For added peace of mind, we offer options for extended warranties and protection plans. Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction, and our dedicated support team is always ready to provide assistance whenever you need it.
Returns accepted within 7 days
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 20%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition

Add-ons
PC Build Limited Warranties
3 day defective exchange from the date the build was delivered to customer
12 month warranty/RMA service for hardware related issues
Warranty Exclusions
Issues caused by user error
Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration at SN4K)
Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:
Replacing Components
Overclocking
Undervolting
BIOS Updating
Software Installation
Peripherals or external accessories
Data loss or recovery
Except as provided below, sn4k is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty extends only if the products are purchased and operating in the USA.
This warranty covers only normal use of the product.
sn4k is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from the following:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation
Disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current
Service or modification completed by anyone outside of sn4k
Refund Policy
A refund may only be granted if the product arrives to the customer non functioning
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the product’s limitations and performance expectations, thus sn4k has no responsibility if the product does not perform as the customer expects
If a customer files a refund for an incorrectly or accidental item, they will be refunded the final purchase amount minus any transaction fees that accrued during the original payment
Support:
All gaming PC builds are shipped with full insurance to cover the cost of the build. If there's any damage during transit, we will need your cooperation so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue.
We offer a "3-Day Working Condition Warranty" that allows you to ensure your PC is in full working condition after transit. If you have any issues during this time or would like a refund, please contact us immediately.
All of these PC builds were fully stress tested/benchmarked and are in working condition.
If an order was placed by mistake and immediately needs refunded, the customer will be refunded the total amount of their transaction minus any credit card/transaction fees that accrued during the original purchase.
If you have ANY issue with your PC, please email us as soon as possible. Do NOT try to troubleshoot the PC without contacting support or your refund may be denied.
